Barcelona-born actor with a broad career, especially on stage. On television, he has appeared in series such as El tiempo entre costuras, La que se avecina, El cor de la ciutat and El gran salto, as well as in TV movies including La dama de gel, Positius, No estás sola, Sara and El rey Peret. In film he has worked in Beneath Still Waters, directed by Brian Yuzna, and in the short film A l’ombra de la muntanya, by Neith Sentís.
He trained at the Berty Tobias School and the Col·legi del Teatre, completing both academic programs, and continued his training with masters such as Christophe Marchand, James de Paul, Christine Adaire, Antonio Faba, Will Keen, Andrés Lima, Mel Churcher and Bob Mc Andrew, among many others.
He began his career in 2000 at the Gran Teatre del Liceu under the direction of Núria Espert in Turandot, later taking part in a dozen more opera productions with directors such as Calixto Bieito and David McVicar. On stage, he made his debut in 2001 with Lorca’s Bodas de sangre, directed by Ferran Madico at the Grec Festival, and soon after joined La Fura dels Baus, performing in national and international tours in productions such as XXX, BIT and Madonna Sicarda.
After moving to Madrid, he collaborated with Tomaz Pandur in Infierno (CDN), Hamlet and La caída de los dioses (Naves del Español), and with Bob Willson in La dama del mar. With Francisco Suárez he performed Ítaca at the Mérida Festival, Diálogo del amargo at the Teatro Español and La última batalla at Dau al Sec. He has also worked with directors such as Xavier Albertí and Abel Folk.
In 2018 he co-founded a theatre company with Mercè Managuerra based at Dau al Sec, producing and performing in El mercader de Venecia, Bye, bye, hort dels cirerers and La última batalla.
