Born in Rosario, Argentina, Clara Alonso is an Italian-Argentine actress best remembered as Angie in Disney’s popular teen musical series Violetta. Since then, she has worked in numerous series and movies in Argentina, Latin America, Italy, and Spain.

After standing out in different Disney Channel Latin American productions, such as the aforementioned Violetta, she made the leap to Europe, starring in her second language: Italian, Piuma, presented at the Venice Film Festival. She also starred in Il tuttofare with the famous Italian actor Sergio Castellito. Clara has also worked in the Spanish productions I Can’t Live Without You (2024, Netflix) and Grandparents, for which she was pre-nominated for the Goya Awards as Best Newcomer Actress in 2020.

On television, she has been part of Campanas en la noche for Telefé – Viacom and in the series Entrelazados I and II for Disney+. She also starred in programs such as Dance, Dance, Dance for Fox Italia and others for Disney Channel Latin America and Europe, such as Zapping Zone, Highway rodando la Aventura, and Angie e le ricette di Violetta. She filmed the movie Milonga in Uruguay, starring Paulina García.

In addition to her roles as an actress and singer, Clara has also studied screenwriting and is currently writing and developing several projects to turn them into her first film scripts.
